Operation
	The wrapping of the bale is done automatically. The operation is started on the computer, that controls the wrapping cycle. (see figure below) The cassette with the stretchfilm is moved down into the straw and the end of the plastic is caught by the straw and the bale.

The cassette is first wrapping the left side of the bale and then the right. Then the cassette moves up and the stretchfilm snaps.The cassette returns to the start position. The roundbale is now wrapped and stored.
In the computer You can adjust the number of layers and the bale diameter. A roundbale normally gets 2 - 3 layers of plastic, this means that the bale has to rotate 5 - 7 times in the baler. To use the BINDER-WRAP system is nearly as fast as the net equipment and much faster than using twine. It takes only 10 sec. to wrap a bale with a diameter of 1.8 meters with 2 layers.

Reliable

With the BINDER-WRAP equipment You get a very reliable way to make the bale. The stretchfilm is caught between the straw and the bale and can therefore not wrap around rollers in the baler. The wrapper also have alarms, that make sure that the bale is wrapped. This ensures high efficiency the whole season.

On premises of the plastic
	Because the bales are wrapped first in the left side and then in the right, we can make sure that the film will get as far out to the sides as the baler allows. This also allows the film to be stretched a lot, which is necessary to make the film glue. We can wrap at full speed and stretch the film a lot, which is necessary to get a good result.
